These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the naktsmebeles.lv website. Please print a copy of this page for your future reference.
All products featured on the website are available to order. The order execution term is up to 8 weeks (in some cases even longer), depending on the product type and the chosen finishing material. Before placing an order on the website, the tone of the selected material (fabric / wood) must be checked in one of the “Night Furniture” showrooms.
We regularly update the information on our website and make sure that all conditions, prices and descriptions are up-to-date and in line with the products posted on our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders when product information is incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Delivery and installation costs are not included in the price of the product. They are calculated by the “Nakts Mēbeles” consultant upon receipt of the order. Costs and delivery time depend on the delivery address and floor of the house, more detailed information on delivery conditions is available in all our showrooms. All orders and requests are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
The order takes place (i.e. – production started) only after payment of the advance invoice. The advance invoice is sent by the showroom consultant to the e-mail address provided by the client. The order request made on the website naktsmebeles.lv has informative content and it is not perceived as an order placed.
Any purchased item can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in good condition (undamaged), without signs of usability. Once we have received the returned item(s), if the item(s) are in good condition, we will refund the value of the item. The refund will be transfered within 5 working days. Shipping costs for returning unwanted item(s) will not be refunded. Also, the delivery costs of your original order (if any) will not be refunded.
