Each spring is placed in a separate fabric pocket, ensuring the individual operation of the springs – works only those springs, which currently are under load.
The more springs you have in your mattress, the more appropriate support you will get. The higher the spring itself (the higher the number of turns), the longer its lifetime. In each “Pils” mattress square meter are placed 310 springs (e.g., in the mattress of size 180×200 meters, there are placed 1116 individual springs). Each springs height is 18 cm, creating 8 full turns.
There is no need to calculate body-mass-index, in order to understand that our feet are much lighter than our hips. For this reason, our spring block is divided into five rigidity zones, ensuring the most appropriate support for the body pressure points.
